What we keep
- Your first name and surname.
- Your email address, only if you give it.
- Whether you want offers and news by email, and when you said yes.
- Your visits: the date and time, the services, the prices, any reward, and which barber stamped your card.
Why
- To run your loyalty card and work out your rewards.
- To find your card if you change phone. Our barbers can search by name or email for this.
- To send you offers and news, only if you ticked the box. You can stop them at any time.
We use your details to provide the loyalty card you asked for, and we only email offers with your agreement.
Who can see it
Our barbers and the owner. Barbers see a shortened version of your email. The website and its data are hosted by Cloudflare. If you agreed to offers, your name and email may be added to the email service we use to send them. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Your card and details are deleted automatically if you have not visited for two years. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
On your phone
Your phone's browser remembers your card so it opens straight away. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website's fonts are loaded from Google.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can stop offers at any time: untick the box under "Your details" on your card, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us in the shop. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
